Divestment Is Not About White Men Being "Better"

I have always dated white men. It's the experience and contrast that I can't condone.

White men are raised to think that one day they need to find a wife and provide for her and black men are raised in a culture, that says one day they can be a famous rapper with 70 side chicks and a main “bitch"

Do black men teach their sons how to balance a checking account or how to file taxes? I know they teach them how to fight like dogs when they are not even teenagers. That’s a different story though…

If the majority of black men did not undervalue the black woman I would be happy to keep trying but the chances of exposing myself to an abusive black man is so high I just rather not and save myself the heartache.
